For all account, billing, and data-deletion requests, email us at hello@novaguide.app. We acknowledge and resolve requests within 30 days.
What we help with

Request account & data deletion
You can delete your account directly in the app at Sidebar → Account → Delete Account. The fastest path.
Unable to access the app? Send a message to hello@novaguide.app from the email address registered on your Nova account with the subject “Delete my Nova account”. We will confirm receipt and delete your personal data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account name, login email, password, and country
- Any personally identifying information (PII)
- Account preferences
Anonymised analytics data with no link to your identity may be retained for reporting, regulatory, and product-improvement purposes.
